Obstructed view seats.
Purchased 4 tickets in the mid to upper price range, only to realize upon arrival that we had NO view of the stage due to the stage sound and lighting. No mention of an obstructed view was made. Only side side of stage. Approached the ticket office and expressed our concern, but was told by the manager that our seats were sold as obstructed view. Because I was determined, they did offer me 4 different seats. Upon going to those seats, there were already people sitting in them. Back to the ticket office, the manager said that those seats should have been empty. He did find 4 alternative seats which were much better seats but I missed one act of the concert while dealing with this.
